I often have a number of prints in my workshop that were test prints I purchased when working on a print edition (editing images, deciding on papers etc), others that have unintended imperfections (over and above what would be considered normal for a full sized art print) and other items that I bought as samples or which I didn’t ever release but were parts of ideas etc. These are often unique one offs which were not chosen for the final release but which are still really good. They are often not perfect as they have been handled when I am deciding which one to go for, or sometimes I notice small items in the design that I want to change etc. I offer them for sale here from time to time at much reduced prices. This gives you the chance to purchase a piece of mine which is either greatly reduced and/or is a variant that few people or no-one else will have.
Please note, I pay the same price for my test prints as I do for my final ones, so I am not trying to flog you stuff I got for free, usually I paid for the item but it didn’t make the final cut, or did make the final cut and then I damaged it but it’s still great!
