Special glow in the dark giclee and 3 layer screenprint of When It Dawns On You.

Printed on archival museum grade Minuet Smooth 300gsm 100% cotton rag paper, this comprises a giclee print, with a flat varnish screenprinted over the top (the finish is subtle and really helps to protect the print from scuffs etc), followed by a glow in the dark pigment screenprinted on "it's wonderful" and a gloss varnish then screenprinted over "it's wonderful". The print also has hand torn edges. In addition to the 3 screen printed special finishes, it is also slightly larger than the normal giclee version available in the shop (for £240).

The glow in the dark feature works by exposing the print to light - either natural light or artificial light, to charge the pigment. When you switch off the lights you'll then see the text glow for a period of time (nb it will not glow all night) - a bit like the stars many of us stuck to our bedroom ceilings as kids. I love this feature in this piece as it works well with the name "When it dawns on you". When it is dark only the glow in the dark "it's wonderful" is visible, but when it is light/in the morning you can see the rest of the text on the piece.
