Limited edition fine art giclee print of my 2018 neon light artwork of the same name. Prints do not light up. The print details many of the ways we lie to ourselves throughout our daily lives, all content is written by the artist, satirising modern life and behaviour apart from the final sentence which is (allegedly) a Picasso quote.

As the original neon flashes from “our lives” to “our lies” I wanted to capture this somehow in the print so darkened the “v” to make it more distinct.

in addition, on some pieces, I also hand embellished with diamond dust the letters “our li es”. Diamond dusted copies are £285 each. Copies without diamond dust are £240 each.

I also wanted to make the underlying text as legible as possible so made the “our lives” letters slightly translucent so the text underneath can be better seen given there is a lot of content on this (obviously, where diamond dust has been added on top, the effect is not so noticeable, but it is clearer on the V).

Printed on archival museum grade Hahnemuehle Photo Rag 308gsm 100% cotton rag paper.
